Earth work in foundation, trenches, bulk excavation, including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations, in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete, including disposal of Surplus Earth outside the University Campus as directed by the Engineer In charge. Nothing extra on account of lead or lift shall be paid by the department.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. All work upto floor V level. In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with brick of class designation 75 in foundation, Plinth & Superstructure in Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 sand) including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete . All work upto floor V level.

P & L in position reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5/20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering shuttering upto Floor V Level but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Columns, walls including attached pilasters buttresses etc. Beams (straight or curved), rib of coffers, lintels, brackets, suspended floors, roofs (any slope), water tank, slabs of coffers, landings, balconies, shelves chajjas, vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves boards lintels, bands plain window cills, staircases and spiral staircases, arches, arch ribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate, staircase steps including waist slab, folded steps etc. All work above plinth level upto floor V level. Nothing extra shall be paid for additional height of form work.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position in grating, frames, guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets, gates & similar works including applying a priming coat with steel primer and then painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer and then painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10 Kg/Sqm. (4 mm thick) glass panes including black enamelled ISI marked M.S butt hinges with necessary screws. 35mm thick shutter Second class teak wood including applying a priming coat with wood primer and then painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac)

Suppying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 mm long wire springs manufacture from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS 4454 part1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover

Providing & laying 50mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished without a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo / cement concrete floor. 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal crushed stone aggregate.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix: 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including cost of scaffolding, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm including applying a priming coat with cement primer applied @ 0.80 ltr./10sqm.

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35 Kg per Cum of earth and gobri leaping with bhusa at 35 Kg per Cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat: With F.P.S. brick tiles

Providing and laying APP(make Texsa / sika /Pidlite ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrance, black finishing reinforced with non - woven polyster mat consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrance @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ ltr. and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of mambrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all jonts etc., and preparing the surface complete . The vital physical and chemical parameters of membrane shall be : joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cm.Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. softening point of membrance not less then 150 degree C. cold flexibility shall be upto - 2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrance.

Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter of approved make (Uniplas/Prince/Finolex).

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 150 x 10 mm
