Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws and caps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, drip and straight fixed with coach screws and washers, as in ridges etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pilars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per the description of srl item No 5 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick/concrete or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement bag and finished even and smooth without using extra cement completecomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- The liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separtely under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition cement concrete in ground floors and paving ( unreinforced ) n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete as per specified.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge exc 63mm but not exc 100mm and deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, all as specified

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floors with chequered finish including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' on 100mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for providing 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink chrome primer on steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.60mm thick plain sheeting as in wall clading steel gates and similar works cut to size holes punched including welding screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, apex stone, bed plates, cills, seismic bands etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded cursed stone aggregate) in surafce channel and drains complete all as specified.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in wind ties and holdfast including all necessary drilling, bolting and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
