Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or stone / brick wall, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out cement or cement lime mortar joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame ) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4.0 Sqm each complete with hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as spd & directed and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work / stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
