| 2Scope of Work: 1) Cleaning of mud and rust etc. from bucket body and parts. 2) Cutting / Removal of old damaged / worn out plates and parts from the bucket body by gousing / gas cutting etc. 3) Cutting of required size pieces of fresh as well as old scrap plates and bars etc by gas / cut electrodes. 4) Rebuilding / welding of fresh / scrap cut piece plates and bars at the required position. Note : Jointing electrode AS-7 / equiv. 375 Kg., Jointing electrode AS- 801/E7018/ equiv. - 125 Kg. , Cutting / Gouging electrode ( CG1/CG-2/equiv.) - 75 Kg., Hard facing electrode HF 1/equiv. - 100 Kg., MN steel plates / MS Plates/ Scrap plate/ Bar - 2500 Kg., Industrial gases as per requirement will be provided by NCL. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 10 ( Skilled- 6 Nos. and Semi-skilled -4 Nos.) | ||||||
