SITC of Energy efficient IP66, IK08 or IK10 LED Floodlight luminaires of wattage 1550-1650W , ambient temp of 35 deg C and having a System Efficacy at Optical level of System minimum 110 lm / watt, compliant to IS-10322/IEC60598. The Luminaire shall be with Single piece pressure die-cast aluminium housing with polycarbonate lens cover dedicated rotational/symmetrical optic with reduced glare properties . The housing shall not be amalgamation of pressure diecast multiple modules/individual housings and shall be corrosion resistant aluminium finished in colour of raw aluminum with U Shaped Mounting Bracket. The end-caps can be easily opened to access the bolts to aim the floodlight; the slot-hole in the bracket facilitates flexible installation. The Luminaire shall be provided the different beam angles (min 3 beam angles) to suit the different mounting arrangement and required lighting parameters. The LEDs shall be SMD High Power LEDs (COB type LED chip is not acceptable. MultiChip LED arrays is not acceptable), Individual LED >1W and min 130lumens/watt (at design operating current and Tj – 85deg C.), CCT: 5700°K, CRI≥90, SDCM ≤ 5, Limits of the harmonic current to be as per IS: 16103 (Part 1): 2012 and IEC 61000-3-2 with Total Harmonic Distortion≤ 20% @ full load. The Luminaire life shall be 50000 Hrs @ Ta35°C. It shall operate at an operating temperature range of -40°C up to +35°C, and shall have Television Lighting Consistency Index (TLCI) ≥ 90. LED luminaires shall be able to offer Dynamic Lighting control with an appropriate DMX enabled driver & system. The luminarie should have Electromagnetic compatibility limits -Limitation of Voltage Changes, Voltage Fluctuations and Flicker in Public Low-Voltage Supply Systems as per IEC 61000-3-3 , for Equipment with Rated Currentof the voltage changes as per IEC 61000-3-3 The Driver shal be BIS certified , CISPR -15 /EMC/EMI complied , the driver shall be potted with epoxy/Asphalt/Silicon & encapsulated. LED Driver shall have efficiency ≥85%,IP66, power factor 0.95 at full power, Flicker Frequency ≤1% as per IEC 61000-3-3 , Surge protection of 10kV should be in IP 65/IP66 box . LED Sports Flood Light luminaires shall be one single unit with Non-integral or Remote gear. External Surge protection (SPD ) both AC and DC with Thermal Protection (TMOVs) of minimum 10KV/5KV with capability to withstand a minimum of 15 pulses of 10KV/5KV to be separately installed (fixed with screws) Externally/Internally with each fixture, compliant to IEC 62305 & IEC 61643-11- 2011.( All the fixtures will have to be installed on sports mast height 35 mtrs. in a manner to achieve lux level as per guidelines by FIH for norms TV-1 and broadcasting requirements).

The Driver unit lifetime should be 50000 hours at operation temperature range with a failure rate of max 0.5% per 5000 hours. Driver shall be DMX dimming control compatible to use with suitable dimming control & control accessories.Driver and SPD should be of the same OEM as of the luminarie to ensure the electrical complatibility / longevity/ performance warrenties and optimised performance . Dimming protocol should be with remote control monitoring and individual light fixture should be addressable and compatible for integration with sound control in future. All components shall be mounted in an outdoor enclosure made of GI /aluminium sheet or on the mast in the luminaire with due ingress protection (IP 66) and impact resistance (IK 08 /IK10 and should be made in 100% recyclable non-corrosive aluminium die cast (aluminium copper content Cu < 1,3%). The Luminaire and Driver shall have BIS certification. Luminaire Driver remote installation, as total weight of the lumiinaries calculated after lux level design required shouldn't exceed 800 kg per exiting structure of High mast. LED luminaire should have minimum 5 year on site warrenty.Besides this the lighting fixture manufacturer should have inhouse NABL accredited lab.. complete in all respect asdesired by engineer -in- charge.
