Demolition brick work/stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar, including coping but except ashlar facing dressed stone work to precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and 1.5 m in depth for foundation & getting out in soft /loose soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a of distance exceeding 50 Metre and n. exec 250 Metre where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..

Returning,filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick works with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr means radious built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement 1:4 and finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, benching and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not otherwise provided for.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any descreption not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Berger Luxol HI Gloss/Borolac (J&N) /Nerolac/Asian paints Apcolite/Superlac (Shalimar)/Dulux or equivalent.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 25mm thick coarse sand complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in groung floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation & getting out in soft / loose soil

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Sub class B brick exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6

M&L three coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces including preparation over brick wall surfaces.

M&L hard core of gauge nexc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled inlayers nexc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick masonary wall and surfaces rough finished to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate in slabs supported on walls beam and columns in floors, roofs, landings balconies, canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F waste coupling of 32 mm bore(half or full threaded)suitable for wash basins.

S&F of Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Anodised frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 12mm pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, and fixed.
