Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Dismantling cement concrete or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters.(200feet)

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand & manufacture such as Berger, Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters & also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material & sand papered smooth including cost ofall materials.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Filling of carted earth including loading and unloading but excluding stacking on Pucca Roads, 2.25
