Cleaning the existing terrace free of loose materials and to have a smooth surface to apply the repaing work to existing APP membrane. e paid for the laps. complete as directed by EIC (Wherever required)

Re-doing the joints of laid APP membrane joints with hot brutane toarch, looseing and re-sealing the joints, with application of primer & new APP membrane sheets with approximate with of 100-125 mm width complete in all respect as directed and instructed by Engineer-in-charge.(Area will be measured thoughout & payment will be made as per actual sheet applied on the joints)complete as directed by EIC (Wherever required)

Application of thixotropic high build bitumen emulsion modified with latex rubber which should be compliant for ASTM C309 BS 8102 ASTM D2939 & should have properties such as Elongation>500% Bond to cure >0.7Mpa,Softening point > 98 degreescomplete as directed by EIC (Wherever required)

Application of Poly urethrene base waterproofing membrane which should be compliant for ASTM C836 SCAQMD rule 1113 & should have properties such as hardness >= 70A, Tensile strength >= 1.75 Mpa Elongation >= 400% Tear resistance (ASTM D624) >= 16N/mm Low temp crack bridging (ASTM C1305) 3.2 mm extensibility after heat ageing (ASTM C1522) should not show any sign of cracking above 5 mm Addition in peel after water immersion (ASTM C794) >=60N Adhesion strength (ASTM D 4541) >=0.75 MPa VOC=< 40g/Lcomplete as directed by EIC (Wherever required)

PLASTER BREAKING Labour charges only for removing existing metal/ damaged / cracked / loosened cement / neeru /rough casts and faced plaster or tile work with back coat at all floors and levels including leaning the surfaces clear of all loose concrete/mortar foreign materials, carting away the debris out of hospital premises including scaffolding raking concrete surfaces etc. complete with quantities to be executed as and when required and as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge.

NEW PLASTER 12mm :Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCAFFOLDING SCAFFOLDING: Providing and erecting bamboo scaffolding using 50mm to 75mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope and the horizontal and vertical members of the bamboo to be provided as required at spacing of not more than 900mm apart both vertically and horizontally including providing cross support but logs as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance repair works for external or internal surfaces of building as and when required including providing necessary safety belts other safety standard accessories to workers working on the scaffolding including removing the scaffolding after the repair work is completed including cost of transactions labour bamboos safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Single scaffolding & Double scaffolding Note: The mode of measurement shall be in square meter for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat No.. deductions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs/reveals of such opening shall not be measured for payment.

Removing windows with shutters all sizes:Labour charge only for removing & re-fixing available door shutter with necessary modification including cutting the existing shutter providing leeping patti all around the shutter if required including removing & refixing availbale old hinges, mortice lock, tower bolts ect. fixing aligning the door shutter IN proper plumb and level etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge(Wherever required)

Using Luster Paint Applying three coats of french polish melamine polish of Asian / approved make and tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering cleaning filling upholes cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade etc. in quantities as required at site all as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including approximate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work
