Design, Fabrication and supply of 415 Volts, 3-phase, 50Hz, AC, 160 Amps rated shrouded type copper DSL bus bars made of electrolytic copper (99.95% purity) for 04 Nos. (R, Y, B & G) of 80 mtrs length with complete accessories which includes Bus bar hanger clamps, bolts & nuts required for installation of DSL system at site and any other material required for installation of DSL system.

Design, Fabrication and Supply of suitable current rating 160 Amps, Spring loaded type Heavy duty Current Collector & other essential accessories for Installation.

Design, Fabrication and Supply of Angle Web Bracket to support the bus bar at every 1 mtr distance for Installation of Shrouded, Insulated copper DSL Bus Bar system.

Design, Fabrication & Supply of 160A, TPN, 415V, 50 Hz Heavy duty load break Switch Fuse unit for 20T/5T EOT Crane system.

Design, Fabrication and Supply of 230V AC, LED Phase Indication lamps (R,Y,B Colour) for Shrouded Copper DSL.

Design, Fabrication & Supply of 250A, TPN, 415V, 50 Hz Heavy duty load break Switch Fuse unit.

Inspection & testing Charges for all items from Sl no.-1 to Sl no.-6 at Bidders /Manufacturers Factory for the Acceptance Tests on Shrouded Copper DSL Sytem.

Packing & Transportation charges for all items from Sl no-1 to Sl no-6

Removal of existing M.S. angle type 80 meters DSL system at a height of 5 meters to 6 meters and lowering it to floor level for further disposal which includes disconnection of incoming power supply cables, disconnection and removal of current collectors, removal of M.S. angle bus bars links and from supporting angles. Removal of M.S. support angles from wall by suitable means, removal of DSL indication lamps at both ends and tools and tackles, consumables required for completing the work at site.

Installation of new 415 Volts, 3-phase, 50Hz, AC, 160 Amps rated shrouded type copper DSL bus bar system - 04 Nos.(R, Y, B & G) of 80 mtrs length at a height of 5 to 6 mtrs with complete accessories which includes anchoring of new bus bar support angles, hangar clamps on the wall, installation of bus bar on the support angles with necessary fixing arrangements, fixing of new current collectors and suitably aligned for making proper contact with respective bus bars, connecting the current collectors to crane bridge incomer and fixing of DSL indication lamp units at both ends, load testing of crane and tools & tackles required for completing the work at site.

Testing and commissioning of new 415 Volts, 3-phase, 50Hz, AC, 160 Amps rated shrouded copper DSL bus bar system including checking for mechanical integrity, Bus bar resistance, Insulation resistance of entire DSL system including Bus bars and current collectors (phase to phase and phase to earth), energizing the DSL system by power cable termination to DSL bus bars and current collectors to incomer at crane bridge. No load and load testing of hoist, cross travel and long travel movement of crane including supply of tools and tackles required for completing the work at site.

Scaffolding Hiring Charges for 6 meters to 18 meters & Hiring Charges for Drilling Machine, Cutting Machine, Welding Machine & other tools required to complete the DSL Replacement work.

Supply of Mild Steel Base Channel of C shape , Size(150 mmx 100 mmx 5mm thickness) having Length of 80 Meters for Support of 160A Shrouded copper DSL System.
