Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.61.1 Two or more coats on new work

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 15/16 A switch on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required

Supply of 16 sq. mm ISI marked, FRLS PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required (upto 35 sq. mm.)

Supply, installation and testing of 415 V, 200 A, 4 pole I.C.T.P. Switch with HRC Fuse, ISI marked and standard make.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply of Earthing Electrode System 78 mm x 3 mm, with compound, for chemical earth pit making.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc as required.

Supply of high grade Ground Black Fill Compound (GBFC) Bag (approx. 25 kg each)
