TMT or Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured separately.
P/F Concertina coil fencing with required dia. 600 mm upto 3 M height of wall between existing angle iron "˜Y" shaped placed 2.4 M or 3.0 M apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete ( No. of rounds will be 7 to 8 in one Meter length) as per direction of Engineer in charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ Spring core (2.5mm thick ) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/Sqmm with tape ( 0.52 mm thick ) of supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.48 gm/meter ( cost of MS angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).
12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.
As in CSI 13.01 above but for every coat after first coat.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand, and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone ballast in 1:1.5:3 proportion for concreting in pile including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Measurements of work will be done according to design diameter and depth of the pile up to cut off level under reamed concrete shall be measured as per IS 2911 part 2.
Transportation of all T&P for boring & S.P.T. test , split spoon sampler etc. technician & labour to site of work & back to laboratory along with undisturbed & disturbed soil samples for testing in laboratory.
Making borehole in all type of soil by any method required as per site conditions in accordance with IS specification No 1982-1979 and 1498-1970 and conducting standard penetration test in accordance with IS specification No 2131-1981 at every 1.5 M approx. or as per strata during making borehole and also collecting undisturbed and disturbed soil samples at a depth of approx. 1.5 M depth or change of strata of soil as per site requirements in each borehole in accordance with IS specification 1982-1978. (Depth of water table as detemine from borehole or from nearest waterwell) Each Borehole to be bored upto 15.00 depth.
Undisturbed soil samples collected in field will be tested in laboratory and preparation of samples for tests mentioned below, will be done/governed in accordance with IS 2720 (Part 1) – 1983 i) Tri axial compression test and determination of shear parameters as per ISS – 2720 (Part ix) ISS 2720-(Part xii) ISS 2720-(Part xiii) on silty /sandy soil OR consolidation test as per ISS -2720 (part xv) on clay soil ii) Sieve analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) iii) Atterberg’s limit tests as per ISS – 2720 (Part v) iv) Particle size analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) v) Natural moisture content test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) vi) Wet density test and dry density test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) vii) Specific gravity test as per ISS 2720 (Part iii) section 2.
Disturbed soil samples will be prepared in accordance with ISS 2720 (Part I) 1983 and tested as follows i) Sieve analysis test as per ISS – 2720 (Part iv) ii) Atterbergs’s limit tests as per ISS – 2720 (Part v)
Contouring of Sub-station with help of leveling instrument/total station instrument & staff including plotting of trees and structure if any including preparation of contour plan in 6 copies including marking periphery including all labour, supervisor, instrument, T&P materials complete as per direction of Engineer I/C.
Conducting plate load test near CONTROL ROOM BUILDING site at a depth of 1.00 Metre as per IS 1980-1982 including supply of all material, labour and T&P equipment and recording of test result as per Codal requirement and submission of report.
Submission of five copies of test report with detailed description for field investigation, soil classification and general nature of soil strata, water table found in the bore hole, interprotation of test results, S.P.T. charts, laboratory test results, grain size distribution curves, compressive index curves, site plan showing location of the bore holes etc. calculation of bearing capacity will be governed generally as per I.S. 8009-(Part-I) -1976, I.S. 2720-(Part-II)-1980, I.S. 6403 1981, I.S. 1904-1978 and I.S. 1080-1986 and other relevant I.S. codes and general assessment and latest development foundations recommendation regarding allowable bearing capacity at different depths and width of footing and expertise suggestions if necessary in accordance with site conditions.
Conducting topographical survey with the help of total station (latest instrument ), marking of outer line, closing of traverse etc., for proposal of 132/220 KV Sub Station and providing 2 Nos. hard copy including supervisor, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
