Provision of services for manning and operation of Buniyadabad Pump House at Buniyadabad round the clock (24 hours) with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift in three shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours and 2200 to 0600 hours including Sundays & holidays for the following machinery installed in Pump House, upkeeping of pump house, greasing, gland packing etc complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Electrically operated centrifugal pump set with motor 20 HP capacity - 03 Nos. (b) Electrically operated monoblock pump set with motor 20 HP capacity - 02 Nos. (c) Electrically operated centrifugal pump set with motor 10 HP capacity - 02 Nos. d) LT panel board with Star-Delta/DOL starters and accessories - 04 Nos. including ON-OFF of security lights. (e) All control valves.

Provision of services for manning and operation of INS Jarawa Pump House water supply installation with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift in two shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours and 1400 to 2200 hours including Sundays & holidays for the following machinery installed in Pump House as per manufacturers instructions and maintaining the records etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Electrically operated centrifugal pump set with motor 15 HP capacity - 02 Nos. (b) Electrically operated monoblock pump set with motor 7.5 HP capacity - 01 No. (c) LT panel board with Star-Delta/DOL starters and accessories - 03 Nos. (d) All control valves

Provision of services for attending complaints received at Buniyadabad Pump House, MES complaint centre of the area, Naval Wharf, NSRY, Jal Vihar, NDV, ODV, HQ ANC etc., with ONE VALVEMAN (Semi Skilled) capable of attending water supply complaints in one shift of 08 hours from 0800 to 1600 hours in a day including all Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The valveman is responsible for giving sufficient water to all married and other accn as per availability. He is also responsible for arresting the over flow, leakages of sluice valves etc. The required tools are to be arranged by the contractor.

Provision of services for attending complaints received at Buniyadabad Pump House, MES complaint centre of the area, Naval Wharf, NSRY, Jal Vihar, NDV, ODV, HQ ANC etc., with ONE HELPER (Un-skilled) to assist Valveman in serial item No. 3 above in one shift of 08 hours from 0800 to 1600 hours in a day including all Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Provision of services for manning and operation of New Pump House and water supply installation at DSC Lines with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift in two shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours and 1400 to 2200 hours including Sundays & holidays for the following machinery installed in Pump House as per manufacturers instructions and maintaining the records etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Electrically operated centrifugal pump set with motor 7.5 HP capacity - 02 Nos. (b) LT panel board with Star-Delta/DOL starters and accessories - 02 Nos. (c) All control valves.

Provision of services for water supply distribution through CI/GI lines by operating various sizes of sluice valves/ gun metal gate valves in the new areas of DSC OTM accn, dining hall, cook house, mess etc., with ONE VALVEMAN (Semi Skilled) in one shift of 08 hours from 0400 to 1200 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The valveman is responsible for giving sufficient water to all married and other accn as per availability. He is also responsible for arresting the over flow, leakages of sluice valves etc. The required tools are to be arranged by the contractor.

Provision of services for water supply distribution through CI/GI lines by operating various sizes of sluice valves/ gun metal gate valves in the connected areas of fresh water pump house at Vijay Baugh married accn, MAP accn etc., with ONE VALVEMAN (Semi Skilled) in one shift of 08 hours from 0400 to 1200 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The valveman is responsible for giving sufficient water to all married and other accn as per availability. He is also responsible for arresting the over flow, leakages of sluice valves etc. The required tools are to be arranged by the contractor.

Provision of services for manning and operation of Power House at Ross Island round the clock (24 hours) with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (FGM) per shift in three shifts of 08 hours each from 0600 to 1400 hours, 1400 to 2200 hours and 2200 to 0600 hours including Sundays & holidays for the following machinery installed at Power House, upkeeping of power house etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Generating set of capacity 125 KVA - 1 No with control panel and accessories (b) Generating set of capacity 100 KVA - 1 No with control panel and accessories (c) LT panel board with accessories. (d) Shifting of POL/lubricants from 3.6 MW Power House at NSRY to Ross Island (From point of issue to point of use) in required quantities in 200 litre barrels complete including loading/unloading/ transportation by road/sea is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Provision of services for manning and operation of Pump House at Ross Island, attending E/M complaints at Ross Island Power House, Pump House and all other buildings at Ross Island with ONE SKILLED OPERATOR (Electrician) capable of attending all electrical complaints in one shift of 8 hours from 0800 hours to 1600 hours in a day including Sundays & holidays for the following machinery installed in Pump House, upkeeping of pump house, greasing, gland packing etc complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Pump set centrifugal with induction motor head 20m, 2.2 KW, 3 HP - 6 Nos. (b) Open well submersible pump set 5 HP-1 No. (c) Centrifugal pump set with motor 10HP - 1 No. (d) Receiving complaints from users either on telephone or personally and recording them in the complaint register promptly and properly and inform to JE/Engineer-in-Charge immediatley.

M&L for carrying out 'B' checks of DG set capacity 160 KVA at JCDA including replacement of engine oil, fan belts, fuel pipe and all types of filters as per manufacturer's manual complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of engine oil and all filters as per manufacturer's manual. (ii) 'B' check shall be carried out by the authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins and certificate of 'B' check shall be produced by the contractor from authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins. (iii) Testing equipments required for `B' check shall be provided by contractor.

M&L for carrying out 'B' checks of DG set capacity 100 KVA & 125 KVA at Ross Island including replacement of engine oil, fan belts, fuel pipe and all types of filters as per manufacturer's manual complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of engine oil and all filters as per manufacturer's manual. (ii) 'B' check shall be carried out by the authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins and certificate of 'B' check shall be produced by the contractor from authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins. (iii) Testing equipments required for `B' check shall be provided by contractor.

NOTE for all items:- The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for the following:- (a) Receiving the complaints from users either on telephone or personally and recording them in the complaint register & Job card promptly and properly. (b) Attending the complaints immediately and obtaining users signature on Job Card as a token of rectification/completion. (c) Maintaining the complaint register in complaint cell. (d) Tools & plants required for carrying out plumbing repairs. (e) Carrying out minor repairs/Arresting leakages from the sluice valves/ Gun metal gate valves of any type and size by replacing glands, gland ropes graphite coated, bolts, nuts & washers, rubber insertion sheet within the area of the installations. (f) Carrying out weekly/ monthly maintenance of pumps/motors. (g) Immediate information shall be passed on to JE E/M during and major breakdowns/pending works left out during the shift period. Proper handing/taking over shall be carried over to the next shift personnel. (h) Contractor shall arrange his own vehicles & own tools for attending the complaints for each person on every shift. (j) Contractor shall provide Complaint slip books as per sample (100 Pages) - 25 Nos (k) Complaint Register (200 Pages) - 03 Nos

(l) Contractor shall supply two pairs of dangry for each person showing the name of the unit, their name and designation like FGM/ Helper /Operator/Valveman etc., to the tradesmen and they shall invariably wear the said dangary. (m) Safety gloves, shoes, helmets, torch lights as required for the operators to carryout the job in the installations. (n) Upkeeping the surroundings of installations/complaint cells neat and clean by cutting grass etc. and sanitise with bleaching powder and lime. (o) Contractor is solely responsible for group insurance policy for his employees. Minimum of 4.0 Lakhs/person to be paid in case of any physical disability or any casualty. (p) Contractor shall provide double end spanner set -01 No. ,bi-hexagonal ring spanner set -01 No. and pipe wrench 450mm - 02 Nos. (q) One rechargeable LED light at all complaint cells.
