Construction of Subgrade of 50cm including cost and conveyance of soil to work site including labour charges for filling in layers as specified by the departmental officers including watering with all leads for water including labour charges for compacting, tamping, ramming under optimum moisture, content to obtain the maximum density and all other including charges etc., complete as per standard specifications for DIVERSION ROAD 97% COMPACTION as per MORT&H No.305. Vth rev

Construction of Granular sub-base Grade-V by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 MORTH & H,Rev-V.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm. thick in two layers of 125mm each thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to the site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 for Approach road.

Providing and laying Prime Coat using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 7Kg ton square metre over the WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5 for Approach road.

Providing and laying Tack Coat using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 2.50Kg/ton Sq.m over the WMM surface preparatory to another construction over it as per MORT&H No.503

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.2 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36 mm and 0.8 cum. Of 2.36 mm & below size IRC metal with 37kgs of VG 30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm. Including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per Class.505 MORTH Rev.5 for Approach road.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using conforming ro Grading 2 with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical sensor paver finisher to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidatedby8-10tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5. For Approach road.

Supply of NP3 class RCC 1000mm dia pipes supplied by the contractor at his own cost specified below confirming to IS 458 / 1989 cost of pipe as afinished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading and unloading transporting and delivery in good condition at work site as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete for diversion road. as MORT&H No.2900, Vth rev

Supplying, Laying, Hoisting and fixing RCC Pipes conforming to IS 458 of NP3 class of 1000 mm dia of standard length in position with Collars including cost and conveyance of Pipes and Collars which will be supplied by the contractor himself at worksite including all labour charges for hoisting and laying the pipes and fixing in position, packing joints in Cement Mortor 1:4 and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the standard specification for Diversion road as per MORT&H No.2900

7. Sub Work PROVISION FOR RIVER TRAINING WORK RECONSTRUCTION OF HIGH LEVEL BRIDGE AT KM 4/6 OF MELANUR - MEYYUR ROAD ACROSS KOSASTHALAIYAR Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock and depositing on bank as per SS20B with all lead and lifts and all other incidental charges such as bailing out water,sheeting, shoring, walling for levelling ground and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps and other deleterious matter and obstruction trimming bottom of excavation and disposal of all other surplus materials etc,. complete as per standard specification for Revier Training Work as per MORT&H No.304 Vth rev
