Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation or manholes etc, and area n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) for 100 mm dia pipe all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 2 above but 150mm dia drain pipe all as specified and as directed

All as per Srl item No 2 above but 200 mm dia drain pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L for SGSW drain pipe grade 'A' of 100 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in with approved soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 100 mm dia SWG pipe all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 10 above but 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of gully traps/drain pipes/floor traps/water closets/manholes/ of any size and any description and removing waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50m and burying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Contractors representative/ Engineer will report to Engr-in-Charge/ concern JE daily in morning to collect complaint for routine/urgent works related to day to day maintenance till completion of contract. (c) All routine/urgent jobs received on docket slip shall be attended within 24 hrs. If the nature of job is such that which cannot be completed within 24 hrs, it shall be immediately brought in to the notice of Engr-in-Charge, (d) The period for working to the such complains shall be decided by GE/Engr-in-Charge. If delay is more than 24 Hrs & GE/Engr-in-Charge is not satisfied with reason for delay in working then the penalty of Rs. 300/complaint/day shall be recovered from contractor. (e) In case of any dispute arising from above the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final and binding.

Desludging/Dewatering of septic tank/soakage wells including intel/outlet chambers removing out all scum, silt residuals sludge (both) organic/inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuums) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuums and removing the same in the tank to a place outside MOD load meant for the purpose by local municipality all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain CI pipe/AC pipes/ PVC Pipe set in cement mortar 100 mm and below complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls bore of the pipe 110 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
