Supply, embedment testing and commissioning of following size flush mounting new VTPN DB double door enclosure with Phase, Neutral and Earth Bus and interconnecting all wires with necessary civil masonary works as per detailed specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. All masonary works shall be neat finishing with existing brick wall.

DB TPN - VTPN 6 Way (6 Plus 18) with metal door. Incomer - 1 No, 63A FP MCB out going - 18 nos, 6 - 32A SP MCB.

CABLING WORK: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1100V grade following sizes HR PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured Cu / Alu. UG cables / Armoured jelly filled telephone cables including necessary cabling works as specified in section-V.

In build up trenches, on walls with proper clamping on poles and through embedded pipes on floor / trunches including supply and installation of new cables and fixing of all the material as per the scope of work.

Earth work excavation in all type of soil for cable trenches to lay various size cables. Back filling the same in to original Laval, consolidating and removing of excess soil as per the specification with 100 Mts radius is included in the scope of works as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of following specified rated metallic power plug / MCB breaker and metal sheet enclosures with earthing. The scope of work includes box embedment by wall cutting, all civil works for neat finishing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 1 no 20/25A, single pole MCB and 1no 25A , 2 module power socket assembled in metalic modular box with 3/4 module front plate and supply and fixing of 1 no 25A, 2 module switch in metalic modular box with 2 module front plate suitable for split air-conditioners including brick wall cutting, masonary works to fix new socket box and new switch box with neat end terminations and earthing as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and wiring for lights / fans /sensors / Power point with 1100V grade FRLS insulated copper conductor wires in existing concealed/ Exposed PVC / Metal conduits as per the detailed scope of work, including supply of Wires, switches/ sockets, termination of copper wires at either end by crimping including supply of PVC Sleeves / Ferrules, Copper Crimping Lugs and connecting the wires to various switches, sockets, etc. including testing and commissioning as per the detailed specification.

Wiring for Light/Sensor/Fan Points with 2 Runs of 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) copper wires for Phase & Neutral and 1 Run of 1.5 Sq.mm (36/0.3) copper wire for Earth from MCB Distribution Board to Primary light/sensor/fan point through Control Switch Box including 6Amps modular switch.

Wiring for Power point with 3 Runs of 2.5 Sq.mm (36/0.3) Copper wires for Phase & Neutral and Earth from MCB Distribution Board to Power point through Control Switch Box including 2x6A modular switch & 2x5 pin, 6A shuttered type Socket with Modular Plate.

Wiring for AC point with 2 Runs of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) Copper wires for Phase & Neutral and 1 Run of 2.5 Sq.mm (36/0.3) copper wire for earth from MCB Distribution Board to AC point.

Supply, Laying, connecting and commissioning of following size FRLS copper wires in existing PVC conduits / trunking arrangements with necessary end terminations and earthings in wall / ceiling with necessary supports / clamps and screws etc. from various DB's to the eqipments/ power points. The scope of work consist new wiring and termination with existing wires by professional grade soldering joinds suitable for site condition and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of approved make modular type metalic boxes, switches, sockets, Step type Fan regulators, base plates, cover-plates, dummy plate etc. as directed by engineer in charge. The removal of existing flush type boxes and other accessories from the wall and supply and fixing of new boxes and accessories with neat finishing suitable for the walls including required civil finishing works are included in the scope of the works. EARTHING:

Supply installation and testing of maintenance free earthing system (1x10’ x 5/8” copper bonded steel rod, 22kg Ground enhancing material (GEM) ) as per the IS:3043 including RCC chamber and RCC cover slab. (Refer sec V)

Supplying and running of 8 SWG electrolytic grade copper earth conductor for grounding with necessary clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc., suitable for the site condition.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of M.S. material for cable trays, cable supports, DB's supports, embedded in wall, supports, steel structure in open area with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel paint as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of LT cable route CEMENT SLAB marker made by RCC masonry works by using Steel rod with size 300 x 75 x 600 mm constructed cement slab with adequate interval and finishing with all soil removal, yellow paint, letters by red marking and soil filling works including required PCC civil works.

Removal of existing item:The following electrical item placed in NGH building to be removed as directed by engineer in charge before start the revamp electrical work of this building. This item to be handed over to department before start the electrical work. (Contactors are requested to quote their rates after completion of their site inspection and its compulsary)

All LDB’s, unwanted wires, all modular switch boxes and plug points etc., placed in entire existing building to be reinstalled in the existing place with brick work wall cutting, embedment of DB’s and necessary masonary works suitable for the site condition with neat workmanship.

All electrical light fixtures, fans, conduites and other all electrical equipments placed in entire NGH building

Removal of Existing three phase PDB fixed in the corridor and re-installation of this DB with necessary internal wirings and other terminations suitable for the site conditions. The scope of works includes necessary wall cutting, embedments and plastering masonary works with neat finishing and as directed by Engineer In charge.
