Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Executive table of size 1.83(L) X 0.91m X 0.75m and LHS table is of size 0.82 m X 0.41m X 0.75m. The table is made of 38mm thick exterior grade water proof plywood laminated on both side with teak ply top and all other vertical planks. In front side the bottom portion is provided with drawer of size with lock and key arrangements and ‘D’ type handle made of stainless steel of size 20cm, 1no of cupboard of size with lock and key arrangements and ‘D’ type handle of size 20cm. LHS of the table consists of 3 nos cupboard with lock and Key arrangements and ‘D’ type handle of size 12cm. The drawer and cupboard are made of 19mm exterior grade water proof plywood with teak ply lamination sheet of 1mm thick. The foot rest of the table is made of exterior grade ply wood of 12mm thick with a light of 10cm. A file tray under the table top and foot rest are provided in the table. The front side of the table contains prelaminated teak ply rack with 25mm thick. The teak ply cutting edges are finished with 2mm thick PVC edge banding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Manufacturing,Supplying and fixing of Customised VIP Ornamental Dias chair with armrest having an overall dimension of 580mm(L) x 490mm(W) x 1220mm(H) and floor to seat height of 530mm.The Substructure should be made using "Timber of Grade A" with hand carving design as per the approved design drawing.For hand carving work in wooden frames skilled Sthapathy with experience should be engaged.The Teakwood should be finished with melamine glossy polish.The wooden joints should be interlocked and provided with water proof adhesives without any air voids.Power driven anti corrosive screws should be driven wherever necessary for the stability,fixidity and rigidity of chair.The seat and back rest should be supported using 12mm thick plywood and finished with Polyurethane foam of 75mm thick.The seat and backrest should be upholstered with high quality fabric finish.Neceessary scratch proof Nylon/Plastic/ Rubber bush should be provided at bottom of chair.The shape,colour,shade and size should be as per design and as instructed by the departmental officers concerned.The rate includes cost of all materials,fabrication,transports and other incidental charges including fixing in position and excluding GST etc complete.
