Material, Labour and T&P for fabrication of MS Header system using MS pipe of dia 300 mm heavy duty of length 12 Mtrs, with flanged dead ends, including making provision for cutting of holes of suitable dia and welding MS tail pieces of 1.5 m length each suitable for various pipe sizes with one end flanged for incoming and outgoing connections, including testing for leakages, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating earthwork and returning filling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Supply and lay MS ERW Pipes heavy grade, 8 mm thickness with all fittings, welding branch connections, including painting with anti corrosive paint, laid in floors or fixed to walls as per site requirement of size 300 mm dia Conforming to IS: 1239 (part-I) 2004 & IS 3589 all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI steel water tubing of 150 mm dia, medium grade, with all necessary fittings(socket, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connector, caps, plugs & union, fixing clips etc) laid in trenches/ fixed to walls/ on floors including taking down of existing unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr depth and getting it out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level for laying of GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 20cm complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM1:4 on block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 with 40mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub base floor and paving etc 40mm thick including finishing complete all as specified & directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles with grey cement & pigments of size 25cmx25cmx25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of path/road in ground floors and paving exc 15cm thick below or above ground level road cutting all as specified and directed.

M&L for onsite fabricated structural steel sections including nut bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one undercoat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking up or down steel tubing and connections including removal to store complete all as specified & directed 50 to 80 mm dia all as specified and directed.
