Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roof , floors (other than ground floor ), beams, staircase, landing,chajjas and similar suspepnded work

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

All as per Srl item No. 3 here in before but 5mm and over for as in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L RCC 1:2:4, (nominal mix), type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregates for slabs supported on walls, beams, columns and in shelves, the like all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with old size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

All as above but except bricks all as specified .

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling floor or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over 10mm thick cement sand (1:4) as in backing coat complete all as specified .

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab 20 - 25 mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar over cement screed base laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) 20mm thick including pointing in white cement (1:2)using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Cutting ,grinding,cleaning and treating the surface of existing kota stone flooring withbeeswax polishing complete as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each & refixing in same opening all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F anodized aluminium frame with Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions etc., with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair powder coated aluminium sliding window three track with frame & two glass shutters using 4 mm thick glass tinted modi guard and one shutter with stainless steel wire gauge wire cloth 0.31 mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.61 mm using aluminium powder coated section aluminium cleat ,PVC track ,bearing, handle lock,rubber beading etc complete fittings as approved. Note:- Size of aluminium section shall be under- (i) Three track top and vertical - Jindal main-2010 section No 20621 or equivalent as approved by GE. S&F "fiberways" brand fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) Door frame of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm size single nrebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsatratedpolyster plain and chapped mat d or frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with subbish wooden block in all two three legs . the frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side. Providing and applying microfibre reinforced UV resistant Acrylic polymer coating three coats having solid contents 69% polymer content 35% & tensile strength 2.6 N/mm2 of Dr. Fixit Newcoat/stat/Parex or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface after removal of all loose material, lime dust etc. with wire brushes, coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaimnant filling of cracks wherever found with polymer based mortar, and after repairing the surface apply primer coat with Dr. Fixit Primeseal. Polyester reinforced fiber net laid on the surface after the first coat and all the joints of bricks is repaired by polymer based mortar. Undulation on the surface repair before executing the water proofing treatment including 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 as screed finished even joint of slab and wall of roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing kitchen cabinet in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick one decorative lamination sheet consisting of creases 18 mm thick PVC and provision of shutters made out of 18 mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet all required brackets 5.5 screws etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws wherever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edges bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as drawing and specification approved by Engr-In-Charge. (a) PVC 18mm celluca ply (prelam) for shutters.

(b) PVC sheet 18mm prelam for frame, partition, shelves.

S&F stainless steel soft close crank hinges suitable size and shape as required all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

S&F for door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-03 universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
