Maintenance of potted plants Earthen pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge. (300 x 24 months)

Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery in Earthen pot including resetting/ displaying at Nursery, including watering, weeding, hoeing, colouring, transplanting the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Note:Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide shall be provided by the department). (300 x 24 months)

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. a)Trees for 50 No for 24 months. (4-8 & 5-6 year Slow & Fast growing group).

Providing and displaying of Chamaedorea elegans palm having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm, well developed with fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Araucaria cookie plant, having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Dracaena song of India specimen (three in one), having ht. 60 cm & above, well developed, fresh and healthy with good foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Money Broad Leaves mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 s in each pot, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves in size of 25 cm Top dia x 18 cm Bottom dia x 25 cm Perpendicular height Earthen pot/Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying of Aglaonema Sam ht.30 cm well developed three in one, having 18 to 20 fresh, healthy and attractive colorful leaves in 35 cm size Earthen pot/Chali/Tray & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of croton Duck Foot (Elite) plant, having ht.60cm to 75cm with 4 to 5 branches, well developed, fresh and heathy colourfull leaves in 25cm size of Earthen pot/ Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Syngonium golden mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 s placed in each pot at equal distance, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Pruning of trees at cargo complex and disposal of unwanted pruned materials outside the periphery of the area pruned etc complete as per the direction of Officer-in-charge. Pruning of trees between 11-15 meters with multiple branches and wide area of canopy.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. a) Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Clearing of grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared

Supply and stacking of FRP planters (Cubo small 30*30 cm top and 28 cm ht from Harshdeep or its equivalent) with glossy finish of red, pink, white and green color as directed etc complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Supply of multi color flower GERBERA (10 flowers/bunch) with each flower size of 10 cm dia and having stalk height of 30-40 cm and above fresh and healthy flowers as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Supply of multi color flower Hybrid ROSE (10 flowers/bunch) with each flower size of 6-8 cm dia and having stalk height of 30-40 cm and above fresh and healthy flowers as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Supply of multi color flower CARNATION (10 flowers/bunch) with each flower size of 5-6 cm dia and having stalk height of 30-40 cm and above fresh and healthy flowers as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Supplying of Organic manure (Wormy compost) packed in 50 kg plastic bag.

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (manure measured in stacks shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Provision of job work (seasonal works) for Garden features cargo premises and other unexpected emergency works which are unsusceptible for measurement) including all necessary tools and equipments etc., complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge .

Supply of PVC base plate 30 cm dia and 5 cm height (terracota color)

Credit for taking away of all pruned wood logs including loading, unloading and wighing etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge
