Dismantling old mild steel/steel rolling shutter of any size and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick mild steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing,as specified including top cover,an-choring rod,hasp and staple including one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated but gear operated type with bevel gear box including shaft and crank handle complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replace new rolling shutter in place old manual/gear operated rolling shutter) rolling shutter Including all parts as per IS code 6248-1979 1. Crank Handle 2. Plunge Bolts 3. Crank stand 4. Guide Rail 5. Crank driving Wheel 6. Upper Box 7. Lower Box 8. Crank Fitting 9. Slats 10. Slats Cap 11. Bottom Slats 12. Sealing Belts 13. Limit Knob 14. All bearing of any size complete.(measurment of rolling in width including side guide rails and in height from bottom slats (bottom plate) upto bottom of hood cover/below the slats shaft tube)

S&F for safety leavers mild steel with 4 leavers for rolling shutters fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical inspection checking various parts, greasing/oiling as required to make the sliding for rolling shutter hand operated/gear/ operated /electrically operated any size and any type.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor shall have to attend any complaint with regard to steel door/gate, collapsible gate/rolling shutters any type during working hours for the whole contract period to meet any emergency reapirs and this elements should be included in the quoted rates. a recovery @ Rs 500 per day shall be levied upon the contractor if the complaint is not attended within 48 hours.

Taking down of existing manually operated hangar sliding door of size 3.7m x 8.40m and easing, adjusting, greasing of base wheels & top glide wheels, straightening, filling, smoothening, cutting, brazing carrying out, welding to bottom & top rail/wheels/ channel/door frame, fixing MS roller etc, by mechanical means including minor repair/ welding etc. to sliding door leaf of hanger for noiseless smooth operation including replacement of damage parts and refixing the same at same place, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The work shall be executed through any approved workshop with prior approval of GE, by mechnical means i.e. crane, Tool & Plant etc. 2. All necessary safety measures shall be taken during execution of work. 3. All necessary repairs/minor items such as nut, bolt, washer, T&P, cranes etc shall be provided to ensure smooth closing/opening of the doors without any extra cost to the Govt. 4.Replaced part, wheel etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 80mmx80mm dia mild steel solid roller for top hung of shutter as per the existing shape/ design as per sample, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel roller size 150mm dia for bottom chhanel of shutter and fixing with ball bearing for end side of shutter as per the existing shape/design as per sample, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above here-in-before but 140mm dia (for middle side of shutter) as per the existing shape/ design as per sample ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for curtain shall be built up of interlocking lath section formed from cold-rolled steel: strips. The thickness off the sheets from which the lath sections have been rolled shall be not less than 0.900 mm for shutters although lath sections width 50mm and 25mm rolling centres may be used each alternate lath section shall be fitted with malleable cast iron or mild steel clips securely riveted at either end, thus locking the lath ‘section at both ends and preventing lateral movement of the individual lath sections. The clips shall be so designed as to fit the contour of the lath sections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for springs size 24'X5' used in the roller for counter balancing the rolling shutter shall be made either from high tensile spring steel wire or flat spring steel strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for springs size 18'X5' used in the roller for counterbalancing the rolling shutter shall be made either from high tensile spring steel wire or flat spring steel strip. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for springs size 16'X5' used in the roller for counterbalancing the rolling shutter shall be made either from high tensile spring steel wire or flat spring steel strip. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30 cm long, diameter of neck exc 12mm and not exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain mild steel plates 8mm thick including necceassry fixing, welding and bevelling & drilling of edges as required cutting as per the existing shape / design as per sample, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in MS door, grills MS bands, stops, supports, hold fasts, wall ties, hook and similar articles including welding conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, embedded portion duly painted with bituminous paint and sanded, (25mm mild steel bar or less for locking arrangument of hanger shutter), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) A quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Work shall be executed upto height of 18 metre from ground Level. (ii) Colour of sheets shall be approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment), in camouflaging patterns, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of treated surfaces to receive two coats of dry distemper on surfaces of walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint over coat of red oxide primer of any description exc 10cm girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- Work shall be executed upto height of 18 metre from ground level.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in brick work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates.) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanisd fencing , any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, diameter of neck 11mm to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 410 W gde E 250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for barbed razor type concertina coil of 1050mm dia ( when unstreched) over security wall/PCC/ ground as per requirement with coil of coverage 8.5 running meter per coil , weight of each coil 14.00kg to 14.50kg hot dip galvanized and bidding with and including mild steel annealed wire of 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17(R) tender documents.
