M&L for Checking, testing Taking out all the LT cables by cutting old rusted nuts,bolts etc, refreshing all the cables (one incomming and 4 to 8 out going) by providing new lugs, MS nuts, bolts & washers and required excavation work, returning filling, removal and making good. welding of panels hings including making proper locking arrangement of LT panel front and rear doors and proper opening and clossing. Wiring of voltmeter or ammeter with copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm size,Die cast resin CT for digital Amp meter of any capacity and ratio of CT, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and as directed.Painting of LT Panels with smoke gray paint over a paint of redoxide. Marking incoming & out going feeder to particular block/ Bldg Nos with white paint etc. complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge. a) Excavtion and earth work for taking out cable loop will be included in the rate of the same deemed included in the quoted rate by the contractor, not paid seperately.Note:a)Voltmeter and ameter will be paid separately if required at site. b)If contractor not execute work after one week of site order than 3000 Rrs/day recovery shall be float from RAR

M&L for Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junctionbox/LT panel/O/H line etc all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii)Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.Note:a)Voltmeter and ameter will be paid separately if required at site. b)If contractor not execute work after one week of site order than 3000 Rs/day recovery shall be float from RAR.

Taking down/ out unserviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area, any type, any make from trench/ from wall/pole/fixed with walls/ incl pulling through pipe by opening connections and joints including removing pipe, carefully getting out bricks etc keeping aside for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork shall be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ.

M&L for reshifting of existing LT panel within 5 mtr distance after taken out panel/cables with demolition of existing PCC and brick work, re-fixing panel at new loc with PCC of 1:2:4 in such a way that each leg of iron angle must be 30cm in ground complete with nay type of cvil work involved.

Supply & fix new angle iron, cross arms, structural steel any cross section reqd at site of any size including i.e. cutting, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes, grinding or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide including taking out unserviceable complete and fix to damaged angle iron legs of LT panel or as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Boring hole under the road/ pavement/ hard standing and inserting HDPE pipe of 100mm at a depth not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed. Note: The quoted rate includes cost of HDPE pipe 100mm pipe min

The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified. The DBs shall be of IP-54 protection class, and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
