Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge All kinds of soil :

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (RBM) (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Treatment of soil using chemical like round up for anti weeding laid in holes @ 300 mm c/c and consumpution @ 600 ml/ 10 Sqm

Consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the subgrade

P/L and compacting stone agrregates of different sizes to form contour and elevation to the desired level as per the Drawing and instruction of Engineer Iincharge (size 40 mm /20 mm/10mm ) down black stone aggregate up to a depth of 300 mm from below primary backing . Layers of stone to be rolled as per desired slope and compaction using 8-10 tonnes Road roller over open area & pitch roller over areas with drainage pipes.

Supply and installation of artificial UV resistanat polyethylene synthetic grass with rigid monofilment yarn, minimum 40mm pile height.The turf should have minimum 40mm Pile Height made of POLYETHYLENE Monofilament & Pile weight minimum 900 g/m2 and above and stitched rate minimum @ 120/ mtr or above. The turf should have Dtex/Denier >=12300. The Primary backing of turf should be made of 100% POLYPROPYLENE, minimum weight 240 gram/m2 and above with Coating with Carboxylated SBR Latex appr. 1200 gr/m2 or Butadiene Styrene with weight of 900 g/sqm and total backing wt should not be less than 1140 g/sqm or as approved by FIFA under FIFA Quality/ FIFA Quality Pro Category.The Product shall be procured from FIFA Prefered Provider and FIFA Standard Licencee of European / American Make onlyThe infill must be 15-20 Kg Silica Sand, minimum 15-20 kg & above SBR Rubber Granules. The line marking shall be stitched tufted material (Painted lines are not acceptable). The rate is inclusive of All applicable taxes, Lavies, Octoria, transportation loading/unloading complete except custom duty exemption & Including Maintenance of 3 years by way of brushing and adding infill as and when required.
