M & L for rendering 15mm thik on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.and applying two coat of interior grade 1mm wall readymade putty and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method i.e. with hand electric grinder then applying two coats of Acrylic distemper over one coat of cement primer including all as specified by mechanical method i.e. spray gun all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of undecorated surface complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) The rate includes the liquid water proofing compound of Make Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP (ii) The Qty of WPC as per manufactures instruction.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old surface of steel of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed and specified. Make : Asian Paints/Berger/Nerolac

M&L for preperation of old wooden surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from external/internal/ceilings surfaces/walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces/existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 12 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using spray gun to wall /ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Internal Emulsion : Asian (APCOLITE PREMIUM EMULSION) / Berger (RANGOLI TOTAL CARE) / Nerolac (PEARL) .

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using spray gun to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) .

M & L for Double charged Coloured Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:6) including dismantling of old tiling including cement mortar bedding backing and rubbish off the permices. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
