Special Repairs For Conversion of Charpoya GI Pipe With Plywood Top For All Station Units Under GE (South) Bangalore

Removing the existing nylon newar from GI Charpoy and supply and fix four numbers angle iron 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick 225 mm long and welded to long rail and short rail at four corners of Charpoy GI pipe including drilling holes for fixing plywood with bolts and painting to angle iron pieces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Angle iron pieces, 02 Nos of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick, 850 mm long and welded to long rail horizontally (one end to each long rail) at equal distance including drilling holes wherever required for fixing plywood, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour over a red oxide primer complete all direcetd.

Plywood, 1950 x 900 x 12 mm thcik, commercial type BWR grade, conforming to IS : 303-1975 with suitable wooden beading alround, fixed to charpoy frame with nuts, bolts and GI washers (minimum 12 Nos for each charpoy) not less than 08 mm dia complete all as directed.
