Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. HSR 31.17. a) Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. x) TPN MCB 40 amp. to 63 amp.

P) Pipe Laying: Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. HSR 31.21. xii) Galvanized iron pipe 40 mm dia on flushed.

(Q) Earthing HSR 31.22 i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

xii) Pdg. and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

Supply and erection of suitable compression type brass cable glands for underground Cable. HSR 31.28 ii) 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm Cable 2 to 4 Core .

S/E of of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grad in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe. HSR 31.40 i) Cable size 1.5 sqm(3/0.81 mm)

Supply and errection of double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1 meter below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of suitable size socket / cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of the labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. HIGH MAST POLE HSR 31.83 i) Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 12.5 Mtr. long High Mast manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material in, 2 (two) section hot dip, galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part-3 suitable for 6 Nos. Luminaire loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter & cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope double drum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Non Schedule Items: S/E of 150 W LED Flood light luminaries with high power LED 110 Lumens per Watt in aluminum pressure die casting housing toughened glass cover with IP-66 protection With Lense and dual surge protection device internal 5 KV and external 10 KV including all petty material with labour for errection, complete in all respect of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. As per approved make list.

Non Schedule Items: Supply/ errection/ testing / commissioning of Timelite Distribution board street light panel of 40 amp 3 pole / 230 Volts with astronomical time switch having suitable size of 1 No. 40 amp TPN MCB, 1 no. 40 amp TP contactor, 1 HRC fuse , 1 Indicator & 2 No. TP MCB 40 amp with overvoltage/undervoltage protection having IP 52 Degree protection all items should be of same make / manufacturer including padestal, including making connection and petty material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-inCharge of the work. Non Schedule Items: Construction of RCC Foundation for 12.5 High Mast with installation of / Errection / Testing / Commissioning of High Mast complete in all respect as per the appended design including the cost of digging sand filling 6" lean concrete 1:4:8/ bricks souling, Bar blinding cement concerte (M-20) shuttering, fixing of foundation bolts, refilling, caring and erection of High Mast on foundation including petty materials without nuts & bolts for foundation to complete the job upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge of the work.
