Demolishing reinforced cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Demolishing Brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of silt/sludge in foul condition lift upto 30 m distance etc all completed as per direction of engineer in charge .

E/W in Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge.

Disposal of refused material lead up to 8 km distance including loading un loading etc etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

Earth Work in Embankment (lead upto 8 km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50 m lift and 30 m lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 M. distance as directed by the engineer in charge etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. As per 2022/231(a) S.I N0.4.03

S/L Concrete (1:6:12) with 40 mm gauge brick ballast ,fine sand of 1.25 f.m and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials,labour,tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing & Fixing emty cement bags filled with local earth hand sewing with suja suilt and placing in position within 60 cm including cost of E.C Bags all SOR 2025 S.I N0-5.10 (a)

Dewatering/Diversion of water by diesal engine pump including opretor,fuel,required length of flexible pipe for proper disposel of water etc all SOR 2025 S.I N0-5.08.

R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour,tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
