Supply, Installation, testing, Commissioning of 16 metre height high mast lighting system at FSD Leh

Supplying, erection on the existing foundation, TESTING and commissioning of 16 Mtr Latching High Mast, shaft thickness top 3mm ,bottom 4 mm in two sections, Top A/F 150 mm , Bottom A/F 410 mm , Base Plate 570 mm (O/D)x25 mm dimension as per manufacture design to suitable for wind speed 180 Km/hr. as per IS:875 with head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 no LED flood light fixtures with latching centric system luminaries carriage , the luminaire carriage shall be fabricated out of MS sections /pipes in two sections and finished with hot dipped galvanization. There shall be a suitable number of arms to mount the required nos. of luminaires. There shall be 02 nos. of latching pins fixed at the top of luminaire carriage equally spaced, which shall move along latching barrels to fix the luminaire carriage with the head frame. These latching pins shall have independent rotation. These pins shall be spring loaded and wire ropes shall pass through these pins towards end termination. There shall be indicators on the two latching pins to indicate correct latching of the luminaire carriage. Each latching pin shall be capable of supporting the weight of the entire luminaire carriage, weatherproof cast aluminum junction box shall be provided on the Carriage Assembly for terminating the trailing cable and power cable to luminaries and wiring from junction box to luminaries is to be done using 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC/ XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor flexible cable .There shall be low intensity LED single dome aviation lamp at the top of High Mast. The double drum 750 Kg which shall be completely self-sustaining without the need for brake shoe, springs or clutches and self-lubricating type by means of an oil bath. The worm gear ratio shall not be less than 53:1 and safe working load. The latching head frame shall be fabricated out of MS sections and finished with hot dipped galvanization to protect from environmental factors. one number heavy duty 1.2 m long hot dip galvanized lightening finial shall be provided for each mast on the head frame to get a direct conducting path to the earth through the mast. with the other with other accessories 7/9 construction 6mm diameter 2 Rope system SS 304 grade Stainless Steel wire rope, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, trailing cable 5cx2.5 sq mm for single circuit, integral power tool motor with 6 pole with 1.5 HP capacity reversal for 3 Ph 415V AC input supply along with 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, Aluminum conductor, armoured cable for power supply 4C x 10 Sq.mm shall be provided from feeder pillar to the base compartment of the high mast. The erection ,testing , commissioning shall be done by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc. and fixing and wiring of luminaires with 3cx2.5 sqmm flexible cable , 32 Amps 4 pole MCB etc. with necessary arrangement completely(including labour cost) as required A) Material grade of shaft shall be of S355JO/JRas per BSEN 10025 or Equivalent IS: 2062 grade E350 (BR) . B) Materials grade of Base Plate shall be E250(BR) as per IS:2062 C) Galvanization as per BSEN ISO:1461 D) Welding as per ISO 3834 -2: 2005 for Fusion welding. .

Construction of suitable shallow foundation for 16 Mtr. Latching high mast with M25 grade concrete considering the safe soil bearing capacity at size as 10 T/ sq metre at 2 Metre depth for base anchor plate size 590 PDC of 670X670X25 mm thick, foundation nut and bolts(asper EN8 Grade) size 850 mm long/30 mm dia/TS 600 with all materials along with nuts, washers, templates etc. and labour as required.To carry out other related works such as earth work excavation, reinforced cement concrete, PCC, Steel Reinforcement with necessary centering and shuttering etc complete along with all material and labour as required.

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch and outgoing contactor for automatic switching on and off luminaries, 9A two contactors and raise lower push buttons for motor operation, incoming terminals of 50 sq. mm and outgoing terminals of 16 sq. mm for power cable and 2.5 sq. mm for motor

Supplying of 150 W Led Flood Light having Lumen Efficacy >=120 lm/W , CRI>70, CCT-5700 K, IP- 66, IK 08, Aluminum Pressure Dia Cast Housing with secondary lenses , Potted driver and Inbuild Surge Protection 4kv Internal & 10 kv external etc. as required.

Supply of following type of XLPE POWER CABLE of 1.1 kv grade armoured Al. cable compulsory ISI mark confirming to IS:7098/ PART –I / 88 with amendment no.1 as required. (i) 4x16 sq mm

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required:100 mm dia

Laying and fixing of one No. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/XLPE Al conductor cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on the wall surface as reqd. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) (For4x16 sq mm cable )

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (i) Up to 35 sqmm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
