M&L for preparation of New/old decoreated external wall /Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over priming coat premium quality over wall/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : BERGER (WEATHER COAT ALL GUARD), ASIAN (APEX ULTIMA), NEROLAC (EXCEL TOTAL) BIRLA (OPUS PRIME E70))

M&L for applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty over prepared surfaces of new/old walls/ceiling including sanding of putty surface properly with regmar to make the surface free from dust or loose particles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall surface by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying two coats of cement base paint over coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down grit/cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Grit wash on stone wall or brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete and M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement 1/2 coarse sand and 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in pannels wih grooves all aroud as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10-12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement base plaster as per manufacturer instruction on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed.
