Procurement of Eight (08) Factory-Fabricated FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Water Storage Tubs for CD-IV, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, GNCTD.

Supply of Above-Ground Factory-Fabricated FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Water Storage Tub of size 10 ft × 5 ft × 3 ft with 1 ft top projection (approximate plan area 50 sq. ft. / 4.65 sq.m), manufactured as a single-piece moulded FRP shell of adequate structural strength with external stiffener ribs and a smooth internal surface. The tub shall be provided with a heavy-duty self-supporting steel framework and anti-skid FRP/steel access stairs on two sides, complete with all necessary supports, fasteners, fittings and accessories. The access stair system shall be designed and engineered to safely withstand a minimum live load of 1000 kg. The FRP tub shall be finished internally with a UV-stabilized, chemical-resistant gel coat/isothermal coating reinforced with CSM (Chopped Strand Mat) fibre, and shall be of colour/shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item includes manufacturing, loading, transportation, unloading, delivery and placing at any location within Delhi, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
