M&L for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 50 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover PCC cover lab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (ii )Iron strip 32X6 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (iii) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised ireon mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to contoll board or main switch or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC cover lab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnels , wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and tesing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Supply and fix GI tubing,40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall including taking down of existing pipes and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze , size 75 X 75 X 25 mm , drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia. 25 mm long hexagonal head screws in repair including MS box 2 mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal including taking down old rusted test point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034.The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm 2 mtr Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed inthe pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite & Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. the earth pit has been excavated 1mx1mx3m and filled with, GOOD EARTH ie Black cotton or moistures normal soil is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2 Electrodite & 2 bags Conductolite BFC for installation of earth Electrode. Note:Earth strip for connection will be measured and paid seprately.The earthing value should be less than 2 Ohms for single earth. Make “ASHLOK”Model-ASEEL-39- ZC & AC / “INDELEC”, “MACMATE” and ABB or equivalent approved make.

Supply and fix Baron back fill compound(ELECTRODITE) 25KG a bag for filling in existing earthing , complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement PVC colour coated earthing strip insulator to existing earthing strip of any type/size on wall/floor including screw and necessar T&P with tensile strength 25 Mpa complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of earthing funnel of 20 mm dia with wire-mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing old broken/sinked earthing pits chamber and cover, removing debris from site 50 m away and replacement of new earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover PCC cover lab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar including watering funnels , wire mesh, Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate on suitable angle iron above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair Pre-cast cement Cover in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 of size 350x350x50mm with handle made of 8mm dia mild steel bar, including thrownout damaged / detrioted PCC outside camp area, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacment of digital lighting strike counter upto 8 digit IP 67 protection including 2 mm sheet box,Equipment should count lightning strokes of 0.4 KA to 150 KA.LS-LSR6-) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ESE (Early Streamer Emission) Lighting rod with stainless steel body type advance lightning protection system in compliance with standard NFC 17-102 working on principle of early streamer emission technology which will offer protection radius of 107 mtr at level 4 with 20 years warranty when mounted on the RCC concrete base on building at a height of 4.5 mtrs from the place to protected,complete all as specified and directed.
