Dismantling of ACSR from over head lines service feeder or distributor span and removing the same complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 in deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable steel tubular poles any size and removal from site including making good disturbed ground complete.all as specified and directed

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) conforming to IS-2713 complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping, plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracing supports clamps from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size complete as directed including preparation of surface and painting two coats of aluminium paint over of coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fix HT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated aerial bunched cable 3 Core x 95 Sqmm + 1 x 70 Sqmm as guard wire including end clamps, holding hook, holding clamps for fixing on poles all etc complete as per site requirement as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix HT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated aerial bunched cable 3 Core x 70 Sqmm + 1 x 50 Sqmm as guard wire including end clamps, holding hook, holding clamps for fixing on poles all etc complete as per site requirement as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination (end joint) heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size upto 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dension/MS-Seal/Fontech as approved by the GE.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dension/MS-Seal/Fontech as approved by the GE.
