Note :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for new self tapping screws with 3mm EPDM seal and washers for fixing the sheets to make the roof leakproof completely

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with suitable length self tapping screws to wooden/steel truss as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with suitable length self tapping screws to wooden/steel truss as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (for covering crumple joints) with grade of Zinc coating 275 fixed to wood or steel member and wall, welded or shouldered joints are provided, including bending as required shape as per site condition, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg of cement per Sq meter including removing existing tarfelting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floors and pavings padding concrete/levelling course complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thk rendering in CM(1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on concrete surface and making the surface even and smooth as in required slope for draining out the rain water complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only

M&L for cleaning and preparation of the surface to receive Fosroc Proofex ORG or its equivalent in approved make water proofing system shall be a sound base, any crack shall be treated with cementious repair mortar of Fosroc Renderoc CS or epoxy crack filling mortar by proper grooving arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TPO membrane of non-flammable waterproofing of roof which shall be a 1.5mm thick loose laid membrane using Fosroc ORG membrane or its equivalent in approved make layers are overlapped to achieve a minimum weld of 110mm, Hot air welding can be either hand applied or by means of automatic machines and the rolls either end are overlapped with layers of non-woven geotextile fiber, the separation layer provided to prevent the mechanical abrasion and cushioning between the Fosroc Proofex ORG membrane or its equivalent in approved make and the concrete substructure, the termination of Fosroc Proofex ORG or its equivalent in approved make by aluminium strip anchoring complete all as specified and directed.. Note: Work shall be executed by authorised applicator with prior experience of more than 5 years in applying similar system.

M&L for cutting grooves in wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on surface other than fair face of block masonry/brick work in CM (1:6) for wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:3) for ceiling finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) in two coats (5mm setting coat mixed with WPC over 10mm thick backing coat) for wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paints over 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered ceilings surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied on new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying first layer of cement slurry at 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR -CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one Armour Crete : Two cement) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one polycryl : Two cement) or Ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours

M&L applying second layer of 1.5mm to 2.0mm thick slurry of cement at 0.242kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Armour -crete : cement : silica sand) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Polycryl : cement : silica sand) or ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours followed by water curing of 48 hours
