BPCL GANDHIDHAM COLONY- ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) OF ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, SANITARY, CIVIL & CARPENTRY WORKS

BPCL Housing Colony, Gandhidham, comprises residential flats, transit flats, parking sheds, gardens, DG Room, Security Room, and other common facilities. Regular maintenance of these facilities is essential to ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment for BPCL employees and their families. At present, maintenance activities such as electrical repairs, plumbing, sanitary works, minor civil works, and carpentry jobs are carried out on a need basis, resulting in delays in attending complaints and increased dependency on multiple agencies. Therefore, it is proposed to award a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) through the BPCL E-PROCUREMENT portal for timely execution of maintenance activities.
