REPLACEMENT OF 01 NO. 220 KV TOWERS OF 220 KV NARA ROORKEE LINE UNDER ETD MUZAFFARNAGAR

Following work need to done on below given 220KV S/C 220KV Nara-Roorkee line. 1. Replacement of Tower No. 160 SA+0 by Construction of new Foundation on war foot basis.

Check survey & final peg marking on proposed route and prepration of final profile.

Cost of excavation of 220 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling watering and leveling.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) for 220 KV DA+0 tower

Cost of Concreting for 220 KV D/C DA+0 tower foundation including cost of cement coarse sand, stone grid, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars

1:2:4 (RCC)

1:3:6 (PCC)

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of cutting, welding, binding ng and placing them in foundation pits.

Erection of super structure of 220 KV SC towers and their extensions whenever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware and accessories but including fitting of number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 220KV SC line.

Lowering down the zebra conductor including de-hoisting of all the necessary hardwares & accessories between section to section tower of all the three power conductors.
