Supply & delivery of Ductile Iron Pipes for water conforming to IS: 8329 - 2000 (with latest amendment, current at the time of delivery) at site of the contractor store location at Jorhat town. The pipes shall be suitable for Push- on Joint (Rubber Gasket Jointing) with Socket and Spigot ends in standard working lengths of 5.5 m. / 6.0 m. of requisite pressure class, with cement mortar lining inside the pipes (with Portland cement conforming to IS: 8112) and Zinc coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces, manufactured by manufacturer having the eligibility criteria and as per other terms & conditions as prescribed in the Bid Document.

Labour charge for Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of D.I. Pipe suitable for Posh-On Joint for the water distribution pipe including taking delivery of the pipe from store & transportation of the same up to work site; handling charges; including providing all labour & equipment , rubber rings for making the push-on joints, all complete as directed and specified and including all taxes and duties as applicable, all complete, as directed and specified

Supply of rubber gasket 4mm thick in quality and in conform to IS: 5382/1985. The PCD and flange hole dimension should conform to IS 1538/1993 and gasket should be suitable for making flanged joint.
