Providing pest control with antitermite treatment drilling holes at junction of walls with floors at 300mm intervals and injecting chemical emulsion on those with cement etc. making holes along the vertical surface out side the walls at 150mm intervals to the depth of 450mm pointing chemical emulsion into the holes and closing holes with chemical etc. spraying all surface of treatment is to be done as per IS code no:5313/ Part III 1981 with approved chemical.(The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work) etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with conveyed earth in layers of not more than 150mm thick layers well watered, rammed with surface vibrator and consolidated including conveyance charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means

Applying two coats of Fosrac S2 chemical for Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 up to 10mm thick by two layers and by using chicken mesh in the sunken portion in all floors and applying brush bond two coats including finishing neatly curing etc., complete.

Applying modified mortar to the damaged RCC slab/Beam/column to thickness of 20 to 75mm, with Micro concrete – RENDIROC RG, Surface preparation to receive Modified Mortar, chipping & removing all loose materials from the surface, cleaning the surface, thorough scrapping the old rods to remove rust using rust remover and clearing away the debris from the site outside the building and after applying one coat of NITO BOND EP at 1000ml for an average area of 2 sq.m per application, plywood shuttering, applying curing compound ‘NitoBond – AR’ as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete – 1 sq.m

Drilling holes in RCC slabs/Beams/ columns/window Fins at various heights to facilitate anchoring with 12mm RTS rods to a maximum depth of 199mm cleaning the holes, washing with potable water, allowing it to dry completely, Qtlmixing the base & hardener of Epoxy resin LOCKSET ‘P’ or equivalent, placing the same & RTS rods to the prepared hole as per manufacturer’s recommendation including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete. {Anchoring shall be done wherever welding to the existing rod is not feasible}
