Providing and laying cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement All works up plinth level Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of the form workWalls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Supplying errecting and fabricating in steel work in built up section in rafters , ladders,raling etc inc cost of priming coat using 3mm thick wire

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface,
