Outsourcing of services for running of Central Air conditioning (HVAC) plant of tentative capacity 190 TR x 3 Nos (02 Nos working at a time) daily round the clock in 3 shifts (8 hours for each shift) by deploying Refg Mech -01 No at 166 MH(new Bldg) by cooling system in summer season and heating system in winter season. The plant is consisting of the following:- (a) Chilling units, screw chilling units complete of 190 TR capacity working on R-134a comprising of semi hermetic/ hermetic screw compressors, oil separator, water cooled condenser evaporator refrigerant piping control- 03 No (02 Nos working at a time) (b) FRP type cooling tower of capacity 200 TR alongwith fan motor - 03 No (02 No working at a time) (c) Cooling water circulation system comprising of Centrifugal pumping set of capacity 20 HP. -03 Nos (02 Nos working at a time) (d) Chilling water circulation system comprising of primary and secondary centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP- 6 NO ( 04 No working at a time). (e) Hot water boiler of capacity 225 KW Make Rapid cool- 03 No (02 No working at a time) (f) Hot water circulation system comprising of centrifugal monoblock pumpset of cap 7.5 HP -03 No (02 No working at a time) (g) 01 No water make up tank of capacity 5000 litre. (h) 01 Lot Condenser water piping with valves, strainers etc. duly insulated. (j) 01 No chemical scale preventer, SCALE OFF. (k) 01 No chilled water piping with valves, strainers etc duly insulated. (l) Expansion tank of capacity 1000 ltrs duly insulated. (m) 01 set water softening plant.

(n) Air handling unit of different capacities with Air distribution system with GSS/Aluminum ducts complete with grills, diffuses, dampers, fire dampers etc.- 13 No (o) 500 KVA DG set -01 No (p) 625 KVA DG set -01 No and (q) Running of Package type AC plant 3x5 TR for Psychiatric Ward complete round the clock in three shifts by cooling system in summer season and heating system in winter season complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:- (i) 3x5 TR outdoor & indoor unit comprising of air cooled condenser housed in heavy gauge GI/CRCA from with copper tubing and aluminium fins and propeller fan directly driven by totally enclosed with weather proof motor of 15000 K cal (5 Ton). Make : Blue Star Limited and with 03 Nos Hermatic seated compresser unit of 5 TR capacity with R-22 Refrigerant gas. (ii) 3 Nos Air handling units complete Note: (i) POL will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Outsourcing of services for running Central AC Plant of cap 3 x 90 TR (02 No working at a time) daily round the clock in 3 shifts ( 8 hours for each shift) by deploying Refg mech -01 No in cooling system during summer season and heating system in winter season. The plant is consisting of the following:- (a) Chilling units, screw chilling units complete of 90 TR capacity working on R-134a comprising of semi hermetic/ hermetic screw compressors, oil separator, water cooled condenser evaporator refrigerant piping control- 03 No (02 Nos working at a time) (b) FRP type cooling tower of capacity 200 TR alongwith fan motor - 01 No (c) Condenser water circulation system comprising of Centrifugal pumping set of capacity 20 HP. -02 Nos (01 Nos working at a time) (d) Chilling water circulation system comprising of primary and secondary centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP- 2 NO ( 01 No working at a time). (e) Strip Heaters 3 KW/2 KW - 18 No (f) 01 No water make up tank of capacity 5000 litre. (g) 01 Lot Condenser water piping with valves, strainers etc. duly insulated. (h) 01 No chemical scale preventer, SCALE OFF. (j) 01 No chilled water piping with valves, strainers etc duly insulated. (k) Expansion tank of capacity 1000 ltrs duly insulated. (l) 01 set water softening plant. (m) Air handling unit of different capacities with Air distribution system with GSS/Aluminum ducts complete with grills, diffuses, dampers, fire dampers etc.- 02 No (n) LT panel board, power & control wiring, earthing, rubber matting etc.- 01 Job

Outsourcing of services for running Package type Ac plant 2x26 TR by deploying Refg mech -01 No for ICU located at 166 MH complete round the clock in three shifts by cooling system in summer season and heating system in winter season complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:- (a) Chilling units, screw chilling units complete of 26 TR capacity working on 407C comprising of semi hermetic/ hermetic screw compressors, oil separator, water cooled condenser evaporator refrigerant piping control- 02 No (01 Nos working at a time) (b) 1 Nos Air handling units complete (c) induced draft cooling tower of cap 35 TR (d) Hot water generator for recirculation of hot water (e) Cubical compartment type electrical panel board.

Note.for Srl No 1 to 5 :- (i) The contractor shall employ qualified tradesman having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimum 2 years experience or having 7 years experience in related field in operation. (ii)24 Hrs will be considered is one day, FGM shall attend the telephone (telephone will be provided by the contractor ) while on duty and will attend the complaint and keep the record of complaints (iii) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of plant (iv) The cost of maintenance of documents installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet as clarified under relevant particular specifications shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item (v) in case of operator found absent from duty due to any reason a penal recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor per shift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (vi) Contractor shall provide all safety precautions /tools as per IE rules and dress to the operators and maint of attendance register /loogsheet .
