To qualify for award of these contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. FY-2020-21 to FY-2024-25, Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar work such as construction of buildings, roads, compound wall etc., of value not less than 50% for of the amount put to tender
tenderer shall have to scan and upload valid registered KPWD/CPWD Civil contractor License.
tenderer shall have to upload GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority.
tenderer shall furnish the statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. refer section-3, clause 1.4-A
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value
tenderer shall have to upload maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e., FY 2020-21 to 2024-25 taking into account completed as well as work in progress as per Section No-3, Clause No-1.2. Financial turnover in all classes of Civil Engineering works, certified by the Chartered Accountant with UDIN shall be uploaded.
To qualify for award of these contracts, each tenderer in its name should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of rupees not less than the amount put to tender in the last five years i.e., FY 2020-21 to 2024-25 (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited). Turnover certificate showing financial turnover certified by the Chartered Accountant with UDIN shall be uploaded
tenderer has to upload the self-declaration stating that, the tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudant practices issued by the Public sector undertaking / Government of Karnataka
