Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame hinges fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dismantling or Removing old lime or Cement Plaster from Brick or stone masonary walls and racking out joints 12mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete ( 1:2:4 ) with 12mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site with payment of royalty, all taxes etc all complete as per P.W.D specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing Vertified Tile 600mm x 600mm plain (Ivory) of approved make conforming to is:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge (For New Work Only)

Vertified Tile 600mm x 600mm plain (Ivory) Supplying,fitting and fixing of tiles in dados on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Vetrified industrial floor tile in floors of size 300mm x 300mm of approved make conforming to is:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge (For New Work Only)

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick CP (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost, carriage, cost of all labour etc. complete. 'Vitrified Tiles on dado (Industrial)

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using bricks of 23cmx11cmx8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
