Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard dense soil for poles, cables, stay etc and getting out complete all as specified

All as per item No. 1 but depth exc 1.50 m and not exc 3.0m deep. complete all as specified

Returning filling any type of soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection complete all as specified

Taking down damaged PCC/ steel pole/ strut of any size complete all as specified

S&F steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, welded, type 410 SP-31 (9 m long) erected to truly vertical position complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified and as directed including painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and making 30 cm wide five alternate strips with black and yellow paint above GL/plinth with synthetic enamel paint including marking pole number with black paint complete all as directed. Note : Earth work and PCC work shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of this scheduale.

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 80mm bore pipe laid in trenches/ duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/ poles for protection of cable complete all as specified

All as item No. 9 but 50mm bore complete all as specified

All as item No. 9 but 40mm bore complete all as specified

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable armoured with aluminium conductor of any size from trenches, walls or ducts complete all as specified.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles/ walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed, of the following sizes:-

(a) 25 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified.

(b) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified.

(c) 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified.

(d) 150 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base of the pole, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base, coping of the pole, complete all as specified.

S&F MCCB, TPN, fixed type, thermomagnetic release, 415 Volts, including taking out old unserviceable MCCB of any type and make complete of the following sizes :-

(a) 100 Amps 16 KA, complete all as specified.

(b) 150 Amps 26 KA, complete all as specified.

(c) 200 Amps 26 KA, complete all as specified.

(d) 250 Amps 26 KA, complete all as specified.

(e) 320 Amps 36 KA, complete all as specified.

(f) 400 Amps 36 KA, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel factory made of 200 KVAR capacity ready to use design confiring to relevant IS rated for short circuit rating of 36 KA, front openable and lockable by keys having lowers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof and suitable for 415/440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet, anti corrosive costing to achieve power factor from 0.9 to 0.99 and finally powder coated in texture seimens gray RAL 7032 & as directed by Engineer in charge comprising of and including following including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable from main panel to APFC panel for connection as approved complete all as specified. (a) 400 Amp capacity for pahse and neutral copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/ epoxy insulators.

(a) 250 Amp capacity for pahse and neutral copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/ epoxy insulators. (b) A set of heavy duty capacitor type MPPH box type, 440 volts with output steps of 100 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of with 8 steps (1 x 25 KVAR+ 1 x 15 KVAR+ 6 x 10 KVAR) in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups. (c) MCB’s TP, ‘C’ series, 415 volts, off sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors. (d) Thyristor switches shall be provided bor connecting/ disconnecting the capacitor banks to the bus bar. (e) The APFC panel provided with two existing terminal and it is connected through GI strip 32 x 6mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming and prunning of trees/ tree branches of any girth upto 2.5m all around existing LT over head lines/ sourrounding street light and flood light fitting including cleaning the area beneath the LT overhead lines and removing the debris from the site and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Servicing of APFC Panel including dusting, replacement of ionised lugs, welding of damaged door, rplacement of damaged door hinges, setting check of APFC Controller, setting of manual/ auto according to load to ensure lagging pf 0.99 etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable capacitor of any capacity and replace with new Duca Power XD capacitor, withstand Harmonic overloads upto 4 Amp Max current, low losses 0.2 watt/ KVAR, three phase, temperature range (-)25 degree centigrate to 70 degree centigrate of the following rating :-

(a) 5 KVAR

(b) 10 KVAR

(c) 25 KVAR

Taking down old unserviceable power contactor of any capacity and replace with new contactor three phase of the following sizes:-

(a) Contactor for capacitor heavy duty 3 pole with AC coil 1NO 0NC 25 Amps.

(b) Contactor for capacitor heavy duty 3 pole with AC coil 1NO 1NC 40 Amps.

(c) Contactor for capacitor heavy duty 3 pole with AC coil 1NO 1NC 95 Amps.

Taking down old unserviceable Harmonic Block Reactors for Detuned System for any capacity and replace with new Harmonic Block Reactors for Detuned System for 50 KVAR capacitor, three phase copper wound with an iron core and air gap, highest quality material, high class insulation, filtering factor 7% all as directed.

Sppply & Laying, armoured, electric copper cable of size 10 sqmm 1 core with multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles/ walls or passing through pipes & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of copper lugs including testing complete of following sizes :-

(a) 10mm dia

(b) 25mm dia

M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick barried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtrs below level ground, connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts checks nuts and washers made of GI earth wire protected by GI pipe 40mm bore, medium grade and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type-B-1, cover slab 30cm x 30cm x 10cm with one lifting handle made out of 8mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore GI or steel pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I and testing after completion.

M & L in replacement of old earthing pit with Factory Made precast earthing pit of size 400 x 400 x 300mm & 65mm thick with top cover, made of PCC 1:2:4, type B0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Dew guard of size 150 x 150 x 2mm make HENSEL Cat Part No HDE 150 or equivalent make including taking down old unsv heater complete all as specified.
