M&L for construction of header made out of MS pipe of 400mm dia, 3Mtr length, providing holes for fixing/welding MS pipe pieces with One flanged end for fixing of sluice valve of size 200 mm dia, 04 nos. MS pipe should be fixed on PCC in foundation and top 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded trap stone aggregate (20cm in foundation & 20 cm on top) and masonary block constructed with 230 mm thick bricks, sub class 'B' bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4 and 15mm thick plastering to brick masonary in cement mortar of size 3.2x0.7x 1 mtr in hieght (0.55mtr in ground & 0.45 Mtr up on ground level), including Excavation and earth work complete. Note (i) Quoted Rates are also included to fixing/welding of 02 Nos MS bend and MS pipes cut pieces as required size/type/length on site each for all 04 Nos inlet/outlet water supply pipeline connections. (ii) All T&P, materials will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Sluice valves will be measured and Paid separately under appropriated items of Schedule.

All as per item No. 10 above but of MS pipe of 400mm dia, 2.5 Mtr length, providing holes for welding MS pipe pieces with ouetr flanged end for fixing of sluice valve of size 200 mm dia, (02 nos), 150 mm (01 Nos) & 100mm dia (01Nos). and size of brick masonary Plinth 2.8x0.7x 1 mtr in hieght (0.55mtr in ground & 0.45 Mtr up on ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site, including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

Supply & Fixing galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including dismantling existing steel tubing and connections fixed at any location all as directed of size 25 mm dia complete. Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

S&F gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes complete including dismantling of old unserviceable gate valve fixed at any location of Size 50 mm dia all as directed.
