PART-I (B&R Works)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified.

Demolition of Matting,single or double any type including,bamboo framing or bamboo supports,cover fillets,if any, complete all as specified.

Drapery rod dia 20mm with funnels,side brackets &end caps for each curtain rod etc, fixed in repair complete all as specified

20mm bore, Stainless Steel , single curtain rod (wall thickness not less than 1mm), fancy type powder coated , with funnels,side brackets & end caps for each curtain rod etc ,fixed in repair complete all as specified

Rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A, complete all as specified.

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall & ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified.

10mm thick, PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall , including frame complete all as specified.

8mm thick, PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified.

9 mm thick Gypsum tile colour touch in ceiling ,sizing 595 x 595mm with and including La Gyp T bar metal profile manufactured from high quality galvanised steel,main runner 24 x 33mm,thickness 0.3mm,cross runner 24 x 25 mm,thickness 0.3mm,wall angle 18x18 mm along with other system components accessories such as butterfly clip 0.5 mm thick hold down clip 0.4 mm thick and duly suspended with GI bar hangers by royal plugs etc and necessary drilling etc.as per manufactureres instructions,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Prepration of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified.

Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered suface on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint,complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment from wall including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

2mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered suface on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls/PEB Shelters and applying two coats of oil bound distemper,complete all as specified.

PART-II (Schedule of Credit) Amount of credit of Rs. 9500.00 for retrieved material mentioned in Sch `A' Part-III of tender documents in PDF form which will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender.
