Hiring of JCB (Front end loader 1 cum (One cubic metre) capacity with breaker) for removal of slips ,widening of road (hard rock) and all kind of soils and dressing of berms and clearing of drain as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The JCB should be made available by he contractor as and when required even on Sunday and other holiday and any loss to the public/private property or any accident etcetera happened during eh course of hiring period shall be the absolute responsibility of the JCB owner which shall have fully compensated by the contractor in all cases including entire carriage of materials upto any lead, lifts and heights upto the dumping site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Condition: - 1. The contractor shall be responsible for any kind of breakage in the machinery and accident happens during working hours. 2. Nothing shall be paid for idle hours. 3. All bear and tear and POL charges are to be born by the contractor. 4. The JCB bust/Lift minimum 40cum slips and clean 75 Rmt. Drain per hour. 5. Log book regarding working hour of JCB for removal of slips must be maintained by the contractor. The log book must be got verified from the competent authority of the PWD. Daily report of working hours may also be sent to PWD Division Office Hamirpur. 6. The contractor should have ownership of JCB
