Schedule 'A' Part-XII (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Electrification

Item No 01 : M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories. heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in wall / ceiling etc, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-

(a) one light point controlled by one way switch 5 amps

(b) one fan point controlled by one way switch 5 amps

(c) one 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board.

(d) one 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet controlled by one switch on same board

Note:- Two runs of conductor cable, one run of earth cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Note:- Four runs of conductor cable, two runs of earth cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Item No 05 : MCB 'C' series 240/415 volts, 50 HZ, 10 KA breaking capacity, ISI marked (IS 8828), complete of following capacities ;-

(a) MCB SP 5 to 32 Amps.

(b) MCB SPN 40 Amps.

(c) MCB TPN 63 Amps.

Item No 6 : S & F highly efficient LED Bulbs, 5 Watts direct fit lamp holder, in B-22 cap complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 09 : S & F wall mounted LED tube light fitting 20 Watts batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high tranmissitvity diffuser,high lumen out put box type fitting, 230 volts and integrated electronic driver connector block etc with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation and necessary mounting arrangement and connected with 3 core multistrnded flexible copper cable PVC insulated of size 23/0.193 mm from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 12 : S&F Energy saving new generation environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminum IP 66 for security light fitting luminaries with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver of capacity 25/35 watts with pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements and provision of 2.5 sqmm three core copper conductor cable multi stranded from ceiling rose to light fitting including necessary dia GI pipe medium grade bracket 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape with clamps, nut, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : S&F energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body ventil Air - DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bots 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base complete all as specified and directed.

External Water Supply

Item No 17: Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, angle iron frame MS sheet cover with locking arrangements including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Item No 19 : Supplying, fabrication, installation and testing of LT panel out door type factory made CPRI approved water and vermin proof, protection of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 400 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item. (Near Transformer)

Item No 21 : Supplying, installation and erect in true vertical steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP -31 (9.0 metres long) Swan Neck type including of holes of required Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width) complete all as specified and as directed. Item No 32 : Supply and laying for galvanised iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows tees, short pieces, union etc laid along with walls of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 33: Supply and fix stop valve, cast copper alloy, down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Road Path and Culvert

Item No 34 : M & L for Single RCC hume pipe culvert of 450mm dia class NP3, 6 mtr long with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation filling, precast cement concrete block mansonry with solid block wall both ends of culvert, complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Hot Water Supply

Item No 35 : Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Solar Hot Water system, Flate Plate collector type, with heat exchanger of capacity 300 LPD with electrical backup 4.0 KW and stainless steel hot water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Sewage Disposal

Item No 36 : M&L for Construction of Soak Well 3.00 m internal dia and 3.0 m effective depth incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and shown on drawing.
