Taking down old cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement by using scaffolding upto the 15m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:6) including finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of ceiling surfaces of roof ,chazza,beam etc in cement mortar (1:4) including finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified & directed .

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new palstered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new palstered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling, including preparation complete all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of existing treatment (White wash, colour wash, or any other treatment) of wall by brooming down on steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spot etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1.00 mm thick Birla White putty or JK White wall Care Putty on walls for preparation of even and smooth surface at any location including filling the holes of nails and scratches preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for appying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls surface (as per manufacturer instructions) on wall surfaces already prepared against Item No.10 above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc. upto 15m height and applying one coat of white wash on old decorative surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on old decorative surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of previously untreated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc. M&L finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by grooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc. upto 15m height and applying one coat of cement base paint on old painted surface on wall upto 15m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc applying one coat of oil bound distemper incl M&L wall care putty for gaps filling if required on old decorative surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from RCC Chhajja, roof projection, fins and facia and other similar RCC items and M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement over 15 mm thick dubbing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete including use and waste of nesessary form work and scaffolding work for repair upto 3rd floor roof if required complete all as specified and directed.
