Repair and Maintenance of High Precision AC HPAC - units including attending faults and replacement of defective spares, components at Telephone Bhawan and Chandrasekhatrpur under Bhubaneswar BA

Attending the break down call i/c inspection the Precision Package AC units ,testing the units ,detecting the fault & assessing the list of materials for repairing the units i/c rectification of minor faults ( i.e. without materials ) and restoration of PAC unit etc as reqd.

Thorough leak testing of cooling coil, condenser coil and pipe line by Nitrogen gas and brazing/ gas welding i/c vacuumization the refrigerant circuit complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of Condenser Fan motor axial fan with Blade suitable for Uniflair/Schneider make HPAC units, 1350-1380 RPM, suitable for operation on 225-250 watt, 230Volt, 50 Hz AC supply with class F insulation i/c connection and testing etc. as required. ( Make -EBM PAPST, model: S4E450AQ5/REX model-RX4E-450S/HiCool/Spinxx/M&M HARIS/FANS-TECH/Superior make as per approval of the Engineer In Charge.)

Supplying and charging / top up of refrigerant gas (R-22) /R -407C/R410A) to the units complete etc. as required.

Supplying & fixing of the following items in place of defective one for commissioning of HPAC etc complete as reqd.( Make - Existing make of spare as available in the HPAC )

32 Amp, 415 volts 3 pole AC3 duty Contactor with 1NO+1NC (Make- Schneider, model- LC1D32, Coil voltage-220/24V AC OR Equivalent. )

25 Amp, 415 volts 3 pole AC3 duty Contactor with 1NO+1NC (Make- Schneider, model- LC1D25, Coil voltage-220/24V AC OR Equivalent)

18 Amp, 415 volts 3 pole AC3 duty Contactor with 1NO+1NC (Make- Schneider, model- LC1D18, Coil voltage-220/24V AC OR Equivalent)

9 Amp, 415 volts 3 pole AC3 duty Contactor with 1NO+1NC (Make- Schneider, model- LC1D09, Coil voltage-220/24V AC OR Equivalent)

Add on Contact block with 1 NO+ 1 NC / 2 NO suitable for 9/16/25/32A 3pole contactor. (Make- Schneider/Equivalent)

32/16A/6 Amp 10KA 3pole MCB (Legrand/Schneider/ABB)

Replacement of Liquid line Filter Drier by new one i/c fixing and testing etc, as required. (Make- Danfos, Model-DCL 165 (5/8'/ Equivalent)

Replacement of High Pressure Release Switch by new one i/c fixing, connection and testing etc. as required. (Make: Danfoss-KP1 OR Equivalent: Auto Reset)

Replacement of Low Pressure Release Switch by new one i/c fixing, connection and testing etc. as required. (Make: Danfoss-KP5 OR Equivalent: Manual Reset)

Supply and fixing of Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV) for 7TR High precision AC units made of brass and copper materials,5/8" -7/8"size suitable for Uniflair/Schnieder and Sidwal made HPAC units etc. complete as required. (Make: CAREL, Model: E3V45 AWR00 or equivalent model of repute)

Thorough general servicing, checking, cleaning of evaporator filter /cooling coil and condenser coil of precision PAC units with recommended cleaning liquid and finally cleaning with water, drying etc. i/c re-fixing of cooling coil filters in the existing place etc complete as required.

Repairing of the existing repairable faulty Condenser fan motors i/c replacement of bearings / bush with lathe works, refitting, testing etc. as required.
