Refurbhishment of old building at ADA Campus II

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with In cement mortar.

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. And scope includes cutting of exposed steel rods fixed in Lintel/Chejja/slab. • Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Removal of MS sliding big gate and shifting Scope includes dismantling/removal of sliding MS gate of apprx size 2.5 x 3 mt properly without damaging the adjacent structures and shifting it to ADA HQ Campus

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in all shapes and sizes in with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). The rate is inclusive of cost of transportation, labour for shifting, necessary tools & machineries etc., with all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix for Internal plastering with 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) etc complete as per ADA instructions.

Providing & rendering Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (for external surface), lighter shade on the existing painted wall/ceiling over a coat of wall primer, two or more coats to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, Work includes filling air cracks by making ‘V’ grove and filling white cement mixed with Dr. Fixit or any other suitable chemical to get smooth finish and scaffoldings for an approximate height of 10 mtrs, etc., complete. All as per OEM Specification

Providing & rendering Damp proof painting of lighter shade on wall /ceiling over a coat of wall primer of approved make, two are more coat to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, roller finish etc. complete all as per sample available at ADA and OEMs specification.

Providing & rendering synthetic enamel paint for existing doors, windows, grills, etc., baluster over a coat of steel primer, two or more coat to get even and neat finish, etc complete. All as per OEMs specification.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) After surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) Laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/cm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 467 8 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parallel all around. The debris / waste materials accumulated shall be disposed off from the site after completion of the work. All works to be done as per ADA Instructions.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. Including providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters and also includes hardware items like hinges, latches, tower bolts, door stoppers etc supply and fixing to get neat and attractive look

Supply and fixing of 0.50mm Meta cab colour coated Roofing sheet along with necessary hardware, cap all as per specification of OEM, etc complete as per sample available at ADA.

Providing, fabricating and installation of MS frame structure using hollow section, angle sections and suitable anchoring nuts and bolts of ISI make incl civil work grouting to First floor, scaffolding required for erection of structure, curing, etc, complete. All other details as per Drawing attached.

Providing and fixing of 03mm thick Embossed polycarbonate sheet of UV resistant FRP sheets. Polycarbonate sheet have Light transmission up to 40% -72%, cut to required shape as per the frame work, fixed to sides of MS structure and fixed using suitable hardware, finished to line & level etc complete, all other details as per OEMs specification, to ensure water tightness.

Converting the existing I/C to lower level The existing Inspection chambers / Earth pits to be taken to the level of existing concrete road. Scope includes all types of civil works like excavation, Brick work and plastering etc. to get neat and attractive view with material, labour and transportation etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical or manual means exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 60mm thick interlock pavers using cement and coarse sand over 80 mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force including cost of labor, material and usage charges of machinery complete as per specification. • Interlocking C.C. paver block (60 mm thick,M-30) • Laying the pavers including the labour charges, finishing, compacting, transportation etc (Market rates)
