Manufacturing,Supplying and Fixing retro reflective signage panel boards made up 3mm thick Aluminium Composite panel sheet to be fixed to existing frame.Face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsuled type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to 3M" Diamond grade" Reflective sheeting (DG3) meets ASTM D4956 type XI in white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc, as per IRC:67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activatedd by applying pressure conforming to class - 2 of ASTM D-4946-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy riverts @ 30 cm c/c to back support frame of MS. MS support shall be paid another item. Graphics in plotter cut RAL 5013 exterior grade opaque vinyl pasted over white retroreflective vinyl etc. complete as per tender specifications..

Steel work welded in built up sections/ Frames work, Including cutting hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings frames, Guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets fabrication of MS Flat / angles/Pipe of suitable size and fixing of nuts & bolts if required for installation of above signboard with enamel painting etc. complete as required.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of signage sheet with text / signage matter in logo, Hindi and English and shall be electro cut computerized automated, self-adhesive translucent/coloued/vinyl plotter cut block out vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and Vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and specified of vinyl make from 3M black out film in front and yellow message created by using 3M, translucent film to be transerred/pasted on cast 5mm thick acrylic sheet complete as per tender specifications.

Design,Supply and fixing of following type Non-illuminated sticker type signages as per following specifications. Sign face shall be made in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics on existing walls/calddings/ panelllings complete as per tender specifications.

Design,Supply,Installation,Testing and commissioning of wall/hanging mounted illuminated type single face way finding signages as per following specifications: Sign face: Sign face shall be made in 5mm thick 040 white acrylic having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Blockout vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective overlaminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side.The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone yellow C) and vinyl for text Pantone Black 6C or Cyan 311C as per graphics pasted over 5mm thick acrylic on the readable side of the signage box, to be pasted with VHB (very high bond) double sided adhesive tape in extruded aluminium section and 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet for back. Sign Frame: Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M bothway tape from the other side.The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance. Lighting: All internal illumination shall be using Power LED strip edge Lights with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site.The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.
