Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box indoor type platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3.5 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system complete all as specified and directed having bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet with front and rear opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface. The panel is including platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm crushed stone aggregate 20cm thick in foundation and of height upto 0.5 mtr all as directed at site. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual MCCB and should be insulated with shrinkable PVC sleeves. The MCCB should be adjustable type. The scope of work includes provision of following. Supply and fixing 45 W LED based street light luminaries new generation energy saving and environment friendly light fitting high power LEDs as light sources. LED luminous efficiency should be > 80Lm/w.It should have active power factor correctio (APFC) electronic gear (electronic driver). Luminaire housing shall be of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy LM24 for gear and extruded aluminium lamp housing (Heat shrink for better heat transmission). It shall have epoxy powder coated grey finish phosphochromate treatment, IP-66 protection class-I operating voltage range should be from 120 volt to 270 Volt AC and frequency range 50Hz. Fitting should be suitable for an ambient temparature from -40°C to 50 °C and humidity level 10% to 90% including connection with PVC unsheathed wire aluminium conductor 3 x 1.5 sqmm with OH line or PVC junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing alarm unit for commercial/UPS failure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing on load changeover switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Copper round block size 25mm dia X 50mm long having outside thread at one end to be fixed on the top of GI Socket and inner thread 12 mm for Air termination, suitable arrangment for fixing the copper strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing wireless addressable smoke detector with battery, testing button, LED and all mounting accessories for fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for wireless addressable electronic hooter with inbuilt transmitter cum red flasher with sounder and red ABS plastic enclousure, with back up facility in case of power failure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Install, testing and commisioning 300 KVA UPS designed with IGBT based rectifier, three level technology together with DSP control arithmetic along with high input power factor, low THDI and high system efficiency and with inbuilt protection against harmonics for 30 minutes back up three phase AC input 300V to 450V and output 415V +- 1% including 80 Nos SMF batteries 200Ah, open MS rack and interconnecting cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
